Orders placed before 12:00 PM are prepared the same afternoon and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are usually shipped on the next business day.
We work with FedEx for deliveries within Europe. Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over the shipping process once your order has been handed over to the carrier. In case of a delay, we recommend contacting your local FedEx office for the most up-to-date information about your shipment.
